Cancellation and Refund Policies❓
Y Oslo hopes that everyone who registers will be able to attend. However, there can always be unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation and refund policies for Y Oslo are as follows:
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- If you added cancellation insurance through Checkin when you bought your ticket, contact the insurance company directly to cancel.
- However, you can transfer the ticket/tickets to another person up until 16th October 2026.
- We can’t change the name of the ticket buyer or on the invoice once the invoice has been sent.
BUT WHAT IF I GET SICK?
Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for cancellations due to illness. If illness prevents you from attending, we recommend contacting your insurance provider. They may cover the cost of your ticket.
Y Oslo does not take responsibility for any additional costs, charges or expenses.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If Y Oslo for some reason has to cancel the whole event, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as government restrictions on public gatherings, all tickets will be moved to the next year.
These policies may not be waived under any circumstance.
